Job Description: 

      Sales Managers coordinate all Lifeline activities in their area. They provide support for Field Agents and develop relationships with major partners in the community. They are responsible for all the day-to-day operations of their team.

Responsibilities:

• Daily management of 5-25 agents

• New hire training

• Equipment and inventory management

• Scheduling

• Performance evaluation

• Community-Partner relationship management

Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of sales management experience

• 3+ years of direct marketing or equivalent experience

Compensation: Minimum $41,600. *Salary based on experience.
